GT Studios is delighted to be the MEA Official Photographer for the 2024 Twilight Picnic Presentation and we are really happy to see you here.

The photos from the Twilight Picnic are ready and have been uploaded to your gallery. If you did not supply your email address on the day please get in touch so that we can send you a link and your password to view your gallery. See the bottom of this page for links to the portrait galleries and the concert photos.

Viewing your Gallery

To make ordering your photos as easy as possible we've created this site where you can view, choose, order and pay for your photos.

While the gallery will certainly work on a mobile device it will be MUCH easier to view, select, crop and order if you can use a computer.

If you have any issues with the process please contact us - we want to help! Call 0418822578 and leave a message with your contact details if we don't answer straight away.

There are a number of packages available for you to choose from, however, if you have a specific item you need but that is not listed, please get in touch and we'll do what we can to make it happen. If, for instance, you are after canvases or some other form of framed print please let us know and we'll add that product type to the store (if possible).

You'll find links below to your personal portfolio session photos (your booked session), as well as the performance and group photos.

Selecting and cropping your photos

The selection process will benefit from you providing your email on the gallery. This will allow you to save a list of your favourites which will help when it comes to building your packages. We promise not to spam you nor to share your details except for the process of fulfilling your order.

Once you have reviewed and "favourited" your photos, just tap Print Store from the gallery page, or Buy Photo from the individual image page.

Depending on the package you will be prompted to select the required number of photos. They can be the same or different.

If you've set up a favourite list already, choose "My Favourites" to make adding the right images to the package easier.

You will be able to adjust the cropping of the photo once selected; make sure that the performer is suitably positioned in the frame before submitting your order. If you have any issues with cropping let us know and we can help!

Packages

The packages provide you a choice of prints of various sizes, and also of matted prints - these are photos encased in a premium quality white card surround - ideal if you want to frame your photographs. See the details in the package description for the size of the matted images; note all photo sizes are that of the photo; the matt size is additional.

You are of course not restricted to just 1 package; if you would like to add on to your cart, just choose "continue shopping" to add additional prints or packages.

Gallery images use lower resolution for fast browsing and will be watermarked.

Printed images may have a small, discrete watermark (much smaller than in any of the sample images shown here) and will use the highest possible resolution.

Ordering & Shipping

Please use the online ordering system. If you have any difficulty with it please get in touch and we will help you.

Once you have completed and paid for your order your photos will be printed by our professional Adelaide-based print partner and shipped to your selected delivery destination.

All orders are final once submitted to the print partner, and returns only possible if the product is faulty as per the Australian consumer guarantee. Change of mind returns are not possible, so if you have any questions please talk to us prior to placing your order.

Shipping will be via Australia Post Express for the standard packages.

Payments

All orders are payable using credit/debit card, Apple Pay and similar, or PayPal, all via the secure payment portal. We are also happy to take direct bank transfers; you will see the details when you choose "other" as the payment method.
